Psychedelic Prep & Somatic Integration

Preparation & Integration with a Somatic lens

Thoughtful preparation, nervous system awareness, and intentional integration.

I offer trauma-informed psychedelic preparation and integration for individuals seeking to approach these experiences with greater clarity, emotional safety, and purpose.

Whether you are considering ketamine therapy, psilocybin in a legal setting, MDMA-assisted therapy as regulations evolve, or participating in a retreat, our work together helps you prepare both psychologically and somatically so you can make the most of your experience.

My Approach

My work integrates psychotherapy, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation to support the whole person.

Preparation and integration helps you support lasting change and helps you integrate the experience long term.

Together we explore:

  • Clarifying intentions

  • Understanding your nervous system and patterns of protection

  • Building emotional resilience before medicine work

  • Somatic practices for grounding and self-regulation

  • Navigating fear, uncertainty, and expectations

  • Making meaning from your experience

  • Integrating insights into lasting behavioral and relational change

Rather than simply talking about the experience, we work with how it continues to live in your body, relationships, and daily life.

Preparation May Be Helpful If You Are...

  • Considering legal psychedelic-assisted therapy

  • Preparing for a retreat or ceremonial experience

  • Beginning ketamine treatment

  • Feeling hopeful but also nervous or uncertain

  • Wanting to enter your experience with greater intention and emotional readiness

Integration May Be Helpful If You...

  • Recently completed a psychedelic experience

  • Feel overwhelmed by what emerged

  • Want help making sense of your experience

  • Notice emotional or relational shifts afterward

  • Want to translate insights into meaningful life changes

  • Are committed to long-term growth rather than temporary inspiration

What Makes This Work Different

Psychedelic experiences can open the door.

Integration is what allows you to walk through it.

My role is not to interpret your experience for you, but to help you develop the safety, awareness, and self-trust to discover what your experience means for your own life.

Our work emphasizes curiosity over certainty, embodiment over analysis, and sustainable transformation over quick fixes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide psychedelic medicine?

No. I do not prescribe, administer, or facilitate psychedelic substances. My role is to provide psychotherapy, preparation, and integration services within my professional scope of practice and applicable laws.

Do I have to be planning a psychedelic experience?

Not at all. Many people seek preparation months before deciding whether psychedelic therapy is right for them. Others come for integration after an experience has already occurred.

Is this therapy or coaching?

When provided to psychotherapy clients in states where I am licensed, this work is offered within the context of psychotherapy. Coaching and consultation may also be available where appropriate and within applicable laws and regulations.
