integrative psychotherapy, mindfulness & yoga

Therapy can be an empowering experience, leading you back to your Self from the depths of struggle. We all need a helping hand. We all need support. From relationship problems, to addiction, to managing depression and anxiety. Whatever you're going through, psychotherapy is a tool that can help you become the best version of yourself. Beginning therapy is a brave first step towards a more fulfilling life.

I offer a safe, supportive and compassionate space for you to explore and uncover what brings unease. We will work together and come up with a plan to help you thrive.

We are accepting new clients (insurance & private pay). We are in network with Anthem, Aetna, MHN and UC SHIP insurance.
