Inner : Outer Retreat

Welcome to the first Inner : Outer afternoon retreat! Join us at Music of the Spheres for an immersive self care experience on Mother's Day Weekend. We will tend to themes of the Mother and what it means to "mother" and care for oneself.

We will explore our inner world with restorative practices that includes intention-vision setting, a yoga practice, meditation, reflections and finishing with a sound bath.

Light snacks, tea, refreshments provided.
