Meet the Team

David Barks, MA
AMFT #144804

I specialize in working with teens and adults who might struggle with imposter syndrome, perfectionism, chronic self blame, or are experiencing difficulties with life transitions and relationships. Using a safe and supportive relationship, I practice a holistic and integrative approach aimed at helping my clients navigate life stressors, process and integrate the past into present day patterns of living, and prioritize their emotional health so they can thrive in their authentic selves.

Claudia Mei Hammerschmidt
AMFT #140080

I’m a therapist passionate about helping people navigate loss, whether from a relationship ending, the death of a loved one, or job changes. I use a trauma-informed approach to guide clients through the healing process and support them in finding personal growth through their challenges. I believe therapy is most transformative when we allow ourselves to be vulnerable. It can be tough at first, but through that process, you’ll start to feel deeply seen and understood, in a way that’s rare in everyday life.
