This yoga class is designed for your mental health. We will use meditation, mindfulness, and yoga poses to bring inner peace & ease to our mind, body and spirit.
As we endure this pandemic, it is crucial that we have ways to cope built into our day. Yoga is an easy, accessible way to gain mental clarity while your body physically releases stress, anxiety, depression, grief, fear- emotions with us daily given the state of our world. By learning to regulate your body’s physical response, you can more easily attain mental clarity by honoring and moving through what you are experiencing.
No experience necessary.
These classes will be held on Zoom in small, intimate groups of 6 participants max.
*for those with chronic pain or mobility issues, you can remain seated in a chair.
