Inner : Outer Retreat

Welcome to Inner : Outer afternoon retreat! We will tend to themes of the Mother and what it means to "mother" and care for oneself.

We will explore our inner world with restorative practices that includes intention-vision setting, a yoga practice, meditation, reflections and finishing with a sound bath.

Light snacks, tea, refreshments provided.
