xecutiveExecutive Coachinghing
for the intuitive, connected executive & founder
Leadership rooted in nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and authentic presence.
I work with executives, founders, and high-performing professionals who are excellent at what they do — and who sense that the way they're doing it is costing them something. Burnout. Reactivity under pressure. Disconnection from their teams, their families, or themselves. A nagging feeling that success shouldn't feel this depleting.
My approach to executive coaching draws on the same integrative foundation as my clinical work: somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and honest, embodied self-inquiry. This isn't performance coaching that treats you like a machine to optimize. It's a grounded, compassionate space to build the kind of leadership that holds up under real pressure — because it's built on genuine self-understanding, not just strategy.
Who this is for
Executives and founders navigating high-stakes decisions, growth, or organizational change
Leaders who feel steady on the outside but dysregulated on the inside
Professionals whose reactivity, perfectionism, or avoidance is showing up in how they lead
Anyone who wants to lead from clarity and presence rather than adrenaline and habit
What makes this different
Most executive coaching focuses on strategy, communication frameworks, and goal-setting alone. I bring those tools — and something most coaching leaves out: the body and nervous system underneath the behavior.
When a leader can recognize what's happening in their own nervous system in the moment — the tightening before a hard conversation, the urge to control when things feel uncertain — they gain a kind of clarity that no framework can teach on its own. We work with:
Nervous system regulation — recognizing and working with stress responses in real time, so you can lead from a regulated place under pressure
Somatic awareness — noticing what the body is communicating before it becomes burnout, conflict, or a snap decision
Mindfulness and reflective practice — building the internal pause that precedes wise leadership
Relational and communication patterns — understanding how your own history and default responses shape the way you lead, delegate, and manage conflict
Values-aligned decision-making — reconnecting leadership choices to what actually matters to you
What sessions look like
Coaching is offered in-person in Santa Barbara or virtually. Sessions are typically 50 minutes, on a weekly or biweekly cadence depending on what you're working through. Some clients come in during a specific transition — a promotion, a founder's first hire, a period of organizational change — and others build coaching into an ongoing practice of self-leadership.
I also offer corporate group programs for teams and organizations, blending holistic and experiential approaches to team building, communication, and integrity practices. Inquire here for group offerings.
